In this part, you are invited to create intentional, sacred time and space for your inner child. This may be the first time they are being truly seen, heard, and welcomed without judgment. Because of this, it is normal for emotions, memories, or sensations to arise.
Allow whatever comes up to come up and out, in the way it needs to. There is no need to rush, fix, or analyze. Presence is enough.
Approach this time gently. With patience. With care.
We are not forcing connection we are building rapport.
This is an act of love and protection.
We love our little ones, and we are learning how to show that love through listening, safety, and attunement.
